CLASS FEES, MATERIALS & CERTIFICATES
- Please add a $25 fee if you are not an active YOUR NAME® customer
- YOUR NAME® literature and manuals (where applicable) will be provided
- Certificates are awarded after successful completion of specific workshop
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be made 14 days in advance of the date of the class in
order to receive a full refund; otherwise you will be charged the full amount. We reserve
the right to cancel up to 14 days prior to the event. Registration fees are non-refundable
unless the event is cancelled. We are not responsible for cancellation penalties for
airline flights or hotels. |
