New Customers Within The United States

New U.S. customers with a domestic shipping address who have not purchased from MANA before can register to shop with us. To register, please contact a MANA Sales representative at 1.800.221.3071, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
 

New Customers Outside Of The United States

If you are interested in becoming a MANA customer, please email us at: pl.international@manaproducts.com. One of our customer service representatives will contact you as soon as possible.
 

Minimum Order Requirements

Minimum order per shade or item is 3 pieces. Most items must be ordered in multiples of 3 pieces and orders must meet MANA’s $350 minimum order requirement. (Exceptions will be noted where quantities need to be entered.) 
 

Orders over $500

All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
 

International

If you live outside the US and would like to place an order with MANA, please contact a MANA Sales Representative for assistance at
1-718-361-1290, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM EST.

Minimum order per shade or item is 12 pieces and orders must meet MANA’s $5,000 order minimum requirement. For reorders the minimum order is 12 unites per shade or item and orders must meet the $1,000 order minimum. Sample orders must meet the $200 minimum order requirement.

Custom Decoration

Orders requiring custom decoration must be placed with a MANA Sales Representative. For assistance, please call 1-800-221-3071, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM EST.
 

Product Labeling

It’s necessary to comply with all federal, state and local cosmetic labeling and packaging laws and regulations. FDA regulations require that all cosmetic and skincare products have a “Distributed By” label. Please be sure to label your products correctly.
 

Back Orders

On occasion, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Please be aware that WE DO NOT BACK ORDER.
 

Order Additions/Changes

In an effort to service our customers as quickly as possible, orders are activated in our order processing system almost immediately upon placement. Once they’re in process, we cannot add on to them or amend them. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your order is complete and accurate before submitting it.
 

Accepted Forms of Payment

All orders must be paid in full with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), via wire transfer, a personal check or a money order.
 

Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)

The suggested retail price ensures that the products are priced to reflect the high standards of our formulas and packaging.
 

Discontinued Items

Because the cosmetic industry is fast paced and driven by change, there are times when we need to revise our product offering. In most cases, this means adding new products and technologies. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to discontinue products. When a product is discontinued, it will be noted in the order form one season prior to discontinuation.
